Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, outpatient position providing primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care services.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive health, and wellness screenings.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and support services.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in team-based quality improvement initiatives.

HRSA Loan Repayment Opportunity

Unity Healthcare sites in Washington, DC are located in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSA) and are eligible for the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) Loan Repayment Program . Eligible physicians may qualify for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment for a two-year full-time service commitment, with the possibility of additional repayment for extended service.
