Medical Claims Denial Management Specialist Addison, TX

Pay : $27 / hr
Schedule : 100% on-site - amazing company culture!

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to review, analyze, and resolve denied or underpaid medical claims. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience in medical billing, claims processing, or denial management , strong knowledge of CPT / HCPCS, ICD-10, and insurance payer rules , and experience with EMR / EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and resolve denied, underpaid, or rejected claims

Communicate with payers and maintain accurate documentation

Identify denial trends and recommend process improvements

Prepare and submit appeals

Monitor KPIs such as denial rate and appeal success rate

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication

Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
