Masterfully set up and run ACME or Davenport screw machines for top-tier metal parts

Expertly load materials, shift tools, calibrate machine speeds, and conduct essential upkeep

Read and execute precise production blueprints; consistently verify quality with measuring instruments

Maintain vigilance over machine performance and part quality throughout production

Solve minor mechanical hiccups and maintain dimensional accuracy

Track daily output and uphold quality standards diligently

Foster a tidy, organized workspace, cooperating closely with technical teams

2+ years with ACME or Davenport machines; adept in multi-spindle applications

Keen mechanical insight and adept problem solver

Proficient in reading technical diagrams and utilizing precision tools

Independent professional, confident tackling tasks solo

High school diploma / GED is must-have; further trade skills are a bonus
