What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth, efficient, and client-focused service delivery.

Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.

Drive strategic initiatives to exceed performance goals, from financial targets to customer satisfaction.

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Build and nurture relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and vendors.

Oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring resources are used effectively.

Champion quality improvement initiatives and lead problem-solving efforts.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and professional environment where staff and clients feel valued.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, Healthcare, or related field (required).

5+ years of management experience in an operational or supervisory role (required).

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and staff performance management.

Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and implement solutions.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Preferred Extras

Master’s degree or professional certifications in management or related fields.

Experience in a center-based environment.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) skills are a plus.
