• Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts with 32 guaranteed hours potential for 40 hours
• 30 units per week productivity requirement
• Home health setting focusing on adult care
• Weekend coverage rare only if needed for SOC / evals
• Experience required : acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Home health and OASIS experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
