Illinois Licensed Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent- Service Agent to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints in accordance with service level agreements

Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts while providing assistance to team members

Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field

No formal education requirement
