Job description

Join an organization with a reputation for excellent care and provider collaboration.The group is searching for a Family Medicine physician to join their Pinehurst, North Carolina practice. The clinic has seen tremendous growth and continues to expand.

Position highlights

  • High functioning team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP treat patients from birth to age 90+.
  • Work-life balance ? protected admin time, 4.5-day work week, low volume call.
  • On-site Convenient Care clinic provides after-hours and weekend services for patients.
  • A provider-led, financially stable group of hospital-employed providers.
  • Low volume call ? phone only.
  • Integrated Epic EMR.

Financial Package

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package ( minimum starting base of $240k with 2-year guarantee ).
  • 10% quality bonus, potential for productivity incentive
  • Enriched sign-on bonus
  • 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program(PSLF)
