• 7 days on / 7 days off rotation with day shift 6 : 30am - 6 : 30pm or night shift 6 : 30pm - 6 : 30am
• Average daily census of 21 patients
• Must remain in-house during shift hours
• Intubation certification required
• PICC / umbilical lines certification required
• HFOV and nitric oversight experience required
• Induced hypothermia experience required
• Transport capability required
