Role Overview

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted coach for our candidates. This role supports CNAs through relocation, licensing transfer, and immigration, ensuring they are fully prepared for success. Leveraging your clinical and patient-care experience, you'll build trust, provide guidance, and help candidates transition smoothly into their new roles. You'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to strengthening the U.S. healthcare system while helping CNAs secure long-term stability through Green Card sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Active CNA license or certification in the U.S.
  • 1+ year of clinical or patient-care experience (international experience welcome)
  • Knowledge of immigration processes preferred, not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting CNAs through complex transitions
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary contact for CNAs throughout relocation, licensing, and immigration.
  • Educate candidates on licensing requirements, exam preparation, and practice standards in their new state.
  • Provide empathetic guidance during major professional and personal transitions.
  • Collaborate with Flint's immigration, operations, and partner facility teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Track candidate progress, anticipate challenges, and offer solutions to keep processes on track.
  • Advocate for candidates while maintaining strong facility partnerships.
  • Contribute to Flint's mission by helping place CNAs into roles where they can make an immediate impact on patient care.
