JOB DESCRIPTION : AGS Company Automotive Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to join our Operations team. The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment, assembling and kitting components, packaging finished products, and ensuring production lines run smoothly. This role plays a key part in meeting customer needs, maintaining quality, and supporting team success.

Specifically, you will be working on our Oden Line filling station as the main focus of operation.

Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks such as assembly, kitting, filling, and packing on production lines.
• Operate machines and equipment safely, monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Prepare products and shipments by boxing, labeling, and packaging finished goods.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
