As a Server, you will play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Server Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and taking drink orders.
• Present food and beverage options while offering recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately take orders using a POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Handle transactions and process payments efficiently, ensuring accurate transaction handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist with training new staff members on service standards and restaurant procedures.
