Pay Rate : $23 - $28 / Hourly

Job Summary

The Surgical Lab Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the Neuromodulation Surgical Lab, ensuring it functions safely and efficiently for training, education, and product demonstration purposes. This role focuses on hands-on lab setup, teardown, equipment handling, and process support, enabling high-quality experiences for sales representatives, physicians, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have surgical or operating room experience and a strong understanding of sterile technique, instrumentation, and clinical environments. This is a part-time, technical support role that partners closely with the Sales Training, Professional Education, and R&D teams.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work hands-on in a surgical lab environment, including handling anatomical specimens.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work to support events or training sessions.
• Physical ability to lift and transport lab equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs).
• Compliance with all company safety and regulatory policies.
