Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician with 2+ years of residential service experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other related equipment.
• Provide maintenance services and system inspections for existing plumbing systems.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues clearly to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure the safety of yourself, your crew, company vehicles, equipment, and customer properties.
• Complete service calls independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Serve as a company representative, upholding all policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used.
