We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist I to become an integral part of our General Specialty surgical team. If you are passionate about providing top-notch patient care in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

Job Details :

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : Evening, Full-Time (8 or 10 hr shifts, Mon-Fri with call)
Hours Per Week : 40
Pay Range : $26.10 - $39.15
Sign-On Bonuses : $10,000 eligible with distance-based relocation; $2,000 for PM shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Create a clean and efficient surgical environment.

Utilize aseptic surgical techniques in preparing materials and supplies.

Assist in positioning patients and managing surgical equipment.

Maintain a sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.

Transports patients and monitors equipment.

Qualifications :

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.

No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous activities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
