The candidate shall be based in Denver CO to support ongoing projects in that location. Long term, the role will be a combination of local site presence in Denver CO, work from home, and travel to other project locations. As a Supply Chain Engineering Manager, you'll provide engineering support to PBUS (PepsiCo Beverages United States) Supply Chain, by working on projects focused on capacity, new capability, process and packaging innovations, infrastructure and utilities work, value engineering / productivity as well as strategic and transformational initiatives. The individual in this position will provide capital project management and project oversight for major CAPEX approvals and executions at PBUS manufacturing locations. This position works closely with Operations, Plant Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Network Strategy, Planning, Warehouse, Global Procurement, Integration, R&D, Finance, and external suppliers and engineering integrators.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and track project spending and report financials on a regular basis, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Lead, develop and mentor people and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Strong team-building skills required to manage and lead direct reports as well as cross-functional teams at a corporate and / or plant location.
• Implement accountability and expectations with external engineering integrators.
• Understand plant downtime systems and able to track project start up curves.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist teams to solve operational issues.
