Job description

We are seeking a BoardCertified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a locumsopportunity in Richmond, Indiana. This position runs from April throughDecember 2025, with a consistent Monday-Friday clinic schedule and sharedweekend call. The role is primarily outpatient-focused, with hospital roundingand consults only when on primary call rotation.

Position Details :

  • Schedule : Must be able to commit to 3 weeks per month plus call
  • Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Call Rotation : Weekends - Friday 5 : 00 PM through Monday 7 : 00 AM, rotating with other providers
  • Clinic Patient Volume : 18-20 patients / day
  • On-Call Duties :
  • Hospital consults and rounding (only when on primary call)
  • Backup APP support included in rotation
  • Procedures : None required

Requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology / Oncology (must be certified within 5 years of residency)
  • Active Indiana Medical License or eligibility via IMLC
  • Minimum Experience : 2+ years preferred
  • Certifications Required :
  • ACLS (AHA-issued)
  • BLS (AHA-issued)
  • Flu Vaccination : Required (medical or religious exemption accepted)
