Cardio experience (e.g TAVR, watchmans, mitral clips, heart catherizations, preop / post op open heart (when transferred out of CVICU), cardiac IV and PO, cardiac drips (cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, lidocaine, milrinone, heparin, insulin), anticoagulants
