About the Role - Reports to Sr Manager, Tax
Key Responsibilities
Manage U.S. sales / use and property tax compliance, forecasting, and reportingPrepare annual property tax filings for a large fleet of assetsOversee Canadian sales tax filings and coordinate with consultants on complianceSupport audits, refund claims, and requests across multiple entitiesResearch U.S. and international indirect tax regulationsAssist with ERP enhancements for tax processes and reportingManage tax payments and assist with Treasury forecastsAnalyze vendor data, manage exemption certificates, and review reconciliationsSupport transfer pricing reviews and other foreign compliance effortsWhat We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in AccountingStrong knowledge of sales / use and property tax processesExposure to Canadian GST / HST filings (or willingness to learn)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP)Familiarity with SAP a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detailTeam-oriented communicator with eagerness to broaden tax expertise#ACCNOR
