Lead HVAC Installer / Installation Technician

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning in Milford, CT is calling all Lead HVAC Installers / Installation Technicians to apply to join our amazing team full-time! The typical schedule for this position is 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with limited on-call weekend work.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We need you to install heating and cooling systems while maintaining communication with our clients, team, and the office. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today!

• S2 or D2 license preferred
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
• Ability to pass a drug test upon hire
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must complete the Wedge Video Interview to be considered

Having experience installing heating and cooling systems is preferred but not required!
