Project Manager
Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards on-site.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Review and approve project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
