Senior Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and report on clinician compensation systems and financial trends

Collaborate with physicians on compensation-related matters and ensure compliance with employment agreements

Provide guidance and training to finance team members and operational leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience

3 years of analytical and business experience

Advanced knowledge of accrual-based accounting and payroll logistics

Experience in clinician compensation models

Master's Degree in Business Administration and CPA certification preferred
