Job Description: Inventory Ops Project Specialist (ERP Integration)
As our Inventory Ops Project Specialist, you will participate in cross-functional collaboration with core teams and partners in support of various initiatives and projects related to the ongoing ERP integration to include document creation, timeline adherence, scheduling and participating in meetings and having the ability to make sound, process-driven decisions. You are a hardworking individual, who pays high attention to detail, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and loves challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to understand and document process requirements
- Track project/program progress and ensure milestones are met
- Inventory operations tasks and ERP transactions as needed - transfers, adjustments, document creation, reverse logistics, reporting
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in inventory operations project management
- Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
- Proficient MS Excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with Dynamics GP or Oracle and Confluence
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
Onsite once per week- Chicago site
