Job Description

Are you interested in working in a fast-paced environment and helping people in their time of need? We are looking for someone friendly and professional with experience managing fire cleaning and contents projects in the restoration industry. You'll be performing emergency services for people suffering water- or fire-related property damage. This is a management/leadership position which includes:

• Hiring, training and managing technicians and laborers
• Cleaning and deodorizing fire damaged buildings and personal property
• Documenting, inventorying, cleaning, packing and managing personal property items
• Managing projects and communicating with customers, clients and vendors
• Scheduling and directing crew chiefs
• Completing job file documentation
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to help build business

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire cleaning and contents projects in the restoration industry
• Valid drivers license
• Availability to work beyond standard operating hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) when needed
• Must pass criminal background check
