Your Impact

The Data Ingestion & Movement team powers the Axon Ecosystem by reliably moving petabytes of customer data with 99.9% uptime. As we gear up to scale 10–20× to meet surging onboarding demands, you’ll architect and optimize pipelines for throughput, reliability, and developer usability. The team owns the most critical problem within the customer onboarding space today and sits at the intersection of software and data engineering.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the team, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Staff Engineers, and the internal customers to scale the data movement platform. You will spearhead the design and implementation of scaling strategies, ensuring the platform remains robust under ever-increasing workloads. What You’ll Do

• Design and implement new features for the next generation Data Movement Platform
• Own throughput optimizations to support 10× data growth
• Work closely with customers and design top-priority features
• Lead engineering architecture and design reviews
• Build the technical roadmap for the Data Movement Platform

Pay Transparency

The Pay : Axon is a total compensation company. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 148,500 and USD 237,600 depending on geographic market, level, and other factors.
