About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Lead, Global Compensation to support the Global Compensation team!

In this role, you will :

Manage our global sales incentive compensation in collaboration with our Sales Operations team, including calculating incentive payments and assisting in sales incentive plan design

Be a strategic and operational compensation partner to the global sales organization consulting on compensation related matters

Conduct data analysis in helping to create presentations to support strategic compensation decisions and further development of our compensation philosophy

Support compensation projects as needed, such as the annual compensation planning cycle (Workday experience a plus), market benchmarking analysis (Aon Radford) and regulatory reporting

Manage variable compensation queries from employees in our People Helpdesk - ticketing system (Salesforce)

About You

At least 4-6 years of experience in an analytical, finance or compensation role

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite

Strong Excel and / or Google Sheets skills are required. Must be able to manage large data sets and perform functions such as table array, index match, vlookup, pivot tables, charts etc.

Outstanding attention to detail and quantitative / qualitative analysis skills

Takes initiative and uses good judgment; excellent follow-up skills

Detail oriented and sensitive with confidential data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high growth, changing environment

Ability to work cross-functionally to participate in projects and activities based on business requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay : $100,000 - $130,000

Incentive Compensation : WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits : Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans / policies / agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including : 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
