Commercial Lender

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join our growing team in the Oklahoma City market. This individual will focus primarily on commercial and industrial (C&I) lending, building strong relationships with business clients, and driving new business growth in alignment with the bank's goals and credit culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Identify new lending opportunities by networking, calling on prospects, and partnering with internal team members to support business growth.
• Analyze and structure credit requests to ensure compliance with bank policies, sound credit principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare loan presentations and recommendations for credit approval.
• Monitor ongoing credit quality of existing relationships and ensure timely renewals and reviews.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, underwriters, and other internal partners to deliver a superior client experience.
• Represent the bank in the community through active participation in professional and civic organizations.
