Job Title
Assumes responsibility and accountability for the strategic planning and success of surgical services. Responsible for increasing volumes that have a strategic and positive financial impact on the current and future success of the hospital. Coordinates the development and marketing of new services. Contributes to the success of the hospital through achievement of system, hospital, and departmental goals and objectives.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is : $111,654.40-$207,355.20. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
