Brokerage Specialist
This position provides a variety of administrative, sales, and marketing services to brokers on an industrial leasing team.
Responsibilities include :
- Reviewing deal management calculations for accuracy
- Tracking agreements and deals to provide revenue accounting with current information
- Managing contacts and distribution lists, including database / CRM management
- Coordinating with marketing, research, and financial analyst on behalf of fee-earner for press releases and other deliverables
- Updating marketing deliverables using templates in InDesign and PowerPoint
- Managing eblast communications
- Generating, coordinating, maintaining confidential reports, correspondence, presentations and other materials supporting the brokers activities
- Ordering new property signs and maintaining listings on CoStar
- Coordinating broker calendar with clients and project teams
- Coordinating broker events including preparing and sending invitations / marketing materials, procuring catering, venue, and raffle prizes
- Updating / maintaining property websites
- Performing all general administrative duties as needed possibly to include travel coordination and expense reports
- Coordinating / conducting property tours as needed
- Communicating directly with clients
- Planning / organizing / running team meetings
- Providing backup coverage for receptionist when necessary
