Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify target audience needs

Collaborate with instructors to design educational programs and oversee course production

Analyze course effectiveness metrics and develop improvement plans based on feedback

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English (both verbal and written)

Strong research skills and ability to generate new ideas for product improvement

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
