Job Description
Customer Engagement : Handle outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions for each client.
Consultation : Conduct in-person consultations to understand customer needs, offer tailored recommendations, and present product offerings in the home and showroom.
Relationship Building & Sales :
Follow-Up : Proactively follow up with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration : Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of custom orders.
Sales Tracking : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge : Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries.
Pay : Weekly base salary until completion of 30-day training period then weekly travel allowance + commission only. Commission earning potential of $150,000-$250,000 annually.
