As the Program Director , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :

• Responsible for the overall flexible design and implementation of service delivery of outreach programs.
• Promote outreach programs before various community, judicial, or governmental bodies.
• Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and development of all program staff.
• Supervise, evaluate and discipline staff in carrying out their defined responsibilities and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Assist Community Maternity Services in seeking funding to support all programs.
• Research and write grants specific to outreach counties.
• Collect data and provide outcome reports to all funding sources.

Program Director Minimum Salary : $25.00

Program Director Maximum Salary : $30.00

Program Director Schedule : Monday-Friday
