Summary :

The Staff Accountant - Field will reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare journal entries, vendor maintenance, and assist with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include, but are not limited to :

• Assist with new acquisition integrations
• Monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assist with annual budget preparation
• Monthly closing functions
• Preparation of monthly information for sales tax returns
• Customer invoicing and collections activity
• Monthly commission calculations
• Job costing
• Cash receipts posting
• Responding to various audit requests
