Job description1+ year of Salesforce experience required Strong communication and customer service skills (phone-based work included) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Background in a trade, construction, or hands-on technical field is required (experience with contractors and jobsite workflows is highly valued) Willingness to work in a sales-focused role with a hands-on approach Comfortable working in a warehouse / shop environment Knowledge of site plans, construction management, and dewatering pump terminology is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR Safety boots required (PPE will be provided as needed)
Customer Service Representative III

5+ Month Contract
Pay : $23 per hour, W 2
8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
This is a fully onsite role with light local travel and the opportunity to grow into a full-time outside sales position.
Will be operating a Ford Truck / Ram Truck - no towing is required.
Candidate will only require MVR check, not a DOT physical exam
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Trainee to support local sales efforts and gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, technical coordination, and outside sales development.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales reps by visiting customer sites (local travel, ~5%)
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product questions
- Communicate with technicians on the warehouse floor to verify parts and service needs
- Coordinate customer service tasks using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Participate in outside sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., Goodwin Flight Pumps)
- Prepare for field travel : Have a valid MVR
- Follow safety protocols and wear PPE including safety boots
