Description : Position Overview :
We are seeking Experienced Tower Technicians to join our dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in the safe and efficient installation, construction, and maintenance of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure. This is a physically demanding role that involves climbing towers exceeding 300 feet, frequent travel, and working outdoors in a variety of conditions.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Climb communication towers and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at elevations exceeding 300 feet.
- Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts, grounding, and other wireless equipment.
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
- Operate rigging and hoisting equipment and ensure safe lifting practices.
- Complete job site documentation, including photos, safety checklists, and close-out reports.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions.
- Follow all OSHA, industry, and company safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, foremen, and field supervisors.
Requirements :
Comfortable working at heights and in extreme environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain).Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within a defined timeframe.Must be able to travel Nationwide for extended periods (70% or more of the time, including overnights).Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Valid driver’s license with no history of DUI or major traffic violations.Excellent mechanical aptitude and use of hand / power tools.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work long shifts on remote job sites.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiency in RF and LTE technology installation and troubleshooting.Experience testing and splicing fiber optic cable.Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment (Anritsu, PIM, sweep testing).Equipment certifications (crane, lift, skid loader, etc.).OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CertificationFirst Aid / CPR CertificationNWSA or equivalent tower climbing certification.Compensation & Benefits :
