Job descriptionLead and manage high-rise and multifamily construction projects up to $150M Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion Supervise and mentor a small team of PMs, APMs, and Superintendents Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Participate in contract negotiation and change management Provide strategic oversight and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily construction projects Demonstrated ability to manage teams and run complex jobs independently Experience with high-rise or multifamily developments strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk effectively Willingness to relocate to Charleston, SC (relocation support considered on a case-by-case basis)
