Our current opening is for an Energy Services Sales Account Executive in our Springfield office. The Account Executive will be responsible for providing customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The Account Executive will need to identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers. This role involves converting leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. The Account Executive develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer's organization, including Facility Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Purchasing agents. This position requires the development and execution of an account-specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements necessary to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership. The Account Executive will provide account business reports, quotes for repairs, change outs, and energy solutions, including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services, and will contact responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts. The successful candidate will need demonstrated experience in PCs, networks, databases, and operating systems.

Requirements

• Three to five years of service sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.
