Your expertise in communication and customer service will help guide patients through their healthcare journey at Carle Health.

Your Responsibilities

• Answering Inquiries : Handle all inquiries from patients and providers via phone, internet, or written correspondence.
• Scheduling Appointments : Accurately schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educating Patients : Provide essential information regarding insurance, provider options, payment methods, and the availability of Carle services.
• Data Management : Obtain, update, and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and primary physicians.
• Communication : Relay messages to physicians, nurses, and other staff, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of medical information.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $16.98 - $27.51 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members.
