Accounting Manager

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on communication, analytical skills, and technology proficiency.
• Prepare and review ledger entries, account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy within the general ledger system.
• Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Research and interpret authoritative accounting literature to ensure proper treatment of complex accounting topics.
• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, providing guidance and ensuring timely completion.
• Hire, train, and supervise accounting staff to support departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
• Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline accounting workflows.
• Apply advanced knowledge of accounting principles supported by a bachelor's degree in accounting / finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Leverage 5+ years of professional accounting experience to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational integrity across the department.
