We're looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to add to our team who possesses the knowledge and expertise to successfully sell residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for customer savings or improved value by proposing value-added options for customers

Assisting with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners

Consistent follow-up and relationship management with all existing and potential customers

Generate referrals from completed jobs with happy customers

Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services

Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals

Create sales proposals that are clear and precise for the installation team

Create confident buyers by providing transparent information about their purchase

Represent King Heating Cooling and Plumbing in a way that creates lasting loyal customer relationships and produces referrals

Qualifications

Engaging presentation and public speaking skills

Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines

Proven track record in sales; 2 years minimum of HVAC sales experience

IT competent, experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications

Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Ability to determine job profitability and cost based on scope of work

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life

Strong verbal and written communication
