CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team, working remotely, and help drive CHA's continued growth and expansion. This is your chance to work alongside talented professionals, champion our brand, and play a pivotal role in building the future of our organization.

What You'll Do :

• Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates
• Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
• Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, making lasting connections and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
• Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 25 positions, adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced team environment
• Source talent for specialized and hard-to-fill technical engineering roles, leveraging social media platforms and recruitment tools
• Track recruiting metrics and performance, manage data and reporting, and utilize systems to optimize results

Salary Range : $108,000 - $132,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
