Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across MedSurg, ICU, and ED units, adapting to floating assignments including Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, and Acute Care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care efficiently with typical nurse-to-patient ratios from 1 : 6 to 1 : 10, including utilizing nursing aides when available.
• Administer and monitor respiratory support including BIPAP and CPAP, with support from 24 / 7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and holiday schedules alongside permanent staff, maintaining flexibility with potential changing assignments during shifts.
• Maintain stringent safety and patient monitoring protocols using EMR Meditech systems and telemonitoring capabilities.
