Location: Dallas, Texas- onsite role

Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the people and culture of our client's company. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this individual will oversee a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can effectively manage HR operations, ensure ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance, and champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture. This is a collaborative, people-centered role within a close-knit, family-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Represent employees as their employee advocate.

• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and selection across multiple locations.

• Administer employee benefits and support annual evaluations.

• Compiling employee data and preparing reports for special projects assigned to the department.

• Answering general employee questions and resolving employee issues.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $70k-$80k

• Annual Bonus Opportunity = up to 5% of base salary

• Projected Year One Earnings = $74k – $84K

• 401K – up to 6% employer match (eligible to enroll after 1 year of employment)

• 2 weeks' vacation for 1st year of employment
