Join George Wall Construction as a Data Entry Support Specialist in a fully remote role. This remote position offers you the flexibility to work from your home office while providing critical support to our data and operations teams. As part of our remote workforce, you will collaborate with both remote and on-site personnel, helping ensure that data flows seamlessly across our construction projects and that remote processes are efficient and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry, updates and maintenance from your remote workspace, ensuring all records are correct and up to date.
Verify data accuracy and consistency in remote systems, coordinating with remote teams and on‐site staff as needed.
Assist with remote workflow support such as document organization, version control, archiving, and retrieval in a remote environment.
Collaborate across remote and on‐site teams to ensure data is captured accurately, deadlines are met, and remote stakeholders have the information they need.
Help identify and implement improvements to remote data entry processes, recommending remote-friendly tools or procedures that enhance efficiency.
Provide remote support for audit and compliance activities, preparing data summaries, retrievals and reports accessible remotely.
Maintain professional levels of confidentiality and data security while working remotely, following all company policies and remote access protocols.
Monitor remote data queues and support the data team by escalating more complex issues to on‐site or remote leadership when needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or certificate in business administration, records / data management preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support or related roles; experience working remotely is a plus.
Strong proficiency in data tools such as spreadsheets, database systems and document management platforms; comfortable working in a remote setting with remote collaboration.
Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently from a remote workspace.
Reliable high-speed internet connection, dedicated home office or remote workspace free from distractions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to coordinate remotely with virtual and in‐person teams.
Self-motivated, disciplined and able to thrive in a remote role with minimal supervision.
Understanding of data confidentiality, version control, and remote record-keeping best practices.

Requirements
