Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of warranty processing, managing claims from start to finish
Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required
Proficient in using warranty management software and systems
Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
Current Warranty Certified status through OEM training
