Learn a Specialized Trade – Mechanical Experience Required!

Join our growing Install Department and kickstart your career in a hands-on, high-demand trade. We specialize in the installation of tarp systems on commercial trucks and trailers—and we’re looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are ready to learn. If you have the right attitude and some mechanical skills, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do :

• Install tarp systems on a variety of trucks and trailers
• Use power tools, air tools, and voltage meters to complete installations
• Work in a busy, hands-on shop environment
• Troubleshoot basic electrical connections and components
• Follow installation procedures and safety guidelines
• Welding

What You’ll Need :

• Mechanical aptitude (we’ll handle the training)
• Ability to use power tools and / or air tools
• Ability to use a voltage meter
• Your own hand tools (e.g., wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers) with a rolling toolbox
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn a trade

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
