Group Product Manager

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers in shaping capacity management tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

Create innovations and best practices to define business impact and track success criteria across feature areas

Oversee teams to define feature sets, facilitate executive-level customer reviews, and maintain strategic direction

Provide strategic direction in identifying data-informed investment opportunities and prioritizing features in consultation with cross-divisional partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product / service / program management or software development, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects

5+ years of experience shipping enterprise-quality products and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

3+ years of people management experience

1+ years of technical background in software engineering principles and architecture design
