1st And 2nd Shift Team Lead Positions Available In Hanahan

Hanahan, SC

ProLogistix is hiring Team Leads for full time employment at a warehouse in Hanahan. If you are looking for a team-oriented environment where good performance and attendance are rewarded along with opportunities for advancement, this is the job for you!

This is a working lead job where you are actively loading and unloading product in a warehouse along with directing the activities of other associates. Team Leads are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Stand Up Forklift Experience is required!

Pay starts at $22.00 per hour. ProLogistix offers unlimited referral bonuses!

Shifts :

  • Day Shift : Monday Friday 4 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM (may start earlier or leave later occasionally)
  • Afternoon Shift : Monday Friday 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM (may start earlier or leave later occasionally)
  • Occasional Mandatory Overtime

Job Duties as a Team Lead for ProLogistix :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Oversee the accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Monitor the quality of goods received and dispatched, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Provide training and support to new and existing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and safety incidents.
  • Work independently and use problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles
  • Operate a Stand Up Forklift

    • Job Requirements for a Team Lead :

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior leadership in a warehouse environment directing associates in achieving production goals
  • Forklift experience required (Standup is required. Turret and cherry picker experience is preferred)
