Technical Project Manager

Title : Technical Program Manager (TPM) – BI Analytics (Manufacturing Domain)

Location : Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 to 4 Days Onsite)

Duration : 6 Months to Start (High Possibility of Extension)

Employment Type : W2 Only (No C2C)

Rate : 65-70 / hr

Required Skills & Experience :

• 7+ years of experience as a TPM, Program Manager, or Project Manager in BI / Analytics environments.
• Strong background in Manufacturing , supply chain, or industrial analytics programs.
• Expertise across BI tools with the following focus areas :
• Power BI (70%) – Advanced dashboarding, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Tableau (20%) – Dashboard development and visualization best practices.
• Alteryx (10%) – Data preparation, ETL workflows, and automation.
• Proven experience managing hybrid teams (onsite + offshore) of 20–30 members.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and analytics lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
