• Patient Demographic / Ages : Some healthy peds but no babies, mostly adults.

• Support Staff : Traditional OR support staff
• Supervision and Ratio :  CRNA staffing model
• Active License : Active NM, CSR, and DEA
• Credentialing Time Frame : 45 days
• Certifications Required : PALS, BLS, ACLS
