We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing home services team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting with potential customers to schedule qualified appointments. Leads will be provided .

This is a Full-time, onsite position located in Phoenix, AZ on 32nd & University.

The role offers a base pay of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn $75,000–$100,000 + annually through uncapped commissions and performance incentives.

You Will :

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to engage potential customers and set qualified appointments for our home services
• Effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections
• Book qualified appointments and support sales conversions
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM (CRM experience a plus)
• Maintain high call volume and follow-up standards
• Identify and report customer feedback, issues, or improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the team and leadership to continuously improve performance
• Take and apply feedback constructively to improve skills and outcomes
